A vending machine for Utensils

Whats a better way to advertise Chip-Resistant Dinnerware than placing it unprotected in a vending machine for people to see and ... purchase!!


Corelle created a vending machine for plates and allowed users to buy from them. As the people bought the plates, it dropped down and came out of the counter unbroken. And consumers bought into the brand idea of chip resistant dinnerware while the brand found a new sales channel.

Tesco, Korea had also used innovatively used outdoor media to create a virtual store experience in Korean Subway stations.


Similarly Goetz, a shoe retailer from Germany, used outdoor media to create a shoe store where people could try on shoes virtually.
